Seven centres. One continuous journey. Enter the particle body, then move from root to crown, with a mantra at the heart of each orb.

Breath, body & stillness
Choose how you practise.
A guided rhythm, a body scan,
or room for your own silence.
Breathing
Find an even breath
Let a slowly expanding circle guide an equal inhale and exhale.
Breathing
Soften the exhale
An easy inhale, followed by a little more time to breathe out.
Gentle prāṇāyāma
Alternate-nostril breathing
A clear left-and-right guide, without breath holds.
Body awareness
Settle into your body
Move your attention from your feet to your face, one area at a time.
Stillness
Simply sit
A quiet timer and a few gentle reminders. Leave your breath as it is.
Make yourself comfortable
Come as you are.
Use a chair, a cushion or your mat. Keep the breath comfortable and unforced. If you feel dizzy, breathless or uncomfortable, stop and return to normal breathing.
Prefer to practise with a teacher? How does the chakra journey work?
Your chosen time is divided equally between Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye and Crown. Each centre has a written mantra and a place to rest your attention. You can pause or move to the next centre at any time.
Do I need headphones or experience?
No. These are silent sessions with visual and written guidance. Mantra recordings will be added later. Start with a shorter session and choose a comfortable pace; the clock is a guide, never a test.
A note on these practices
These sessions support personal practice and reflection. Chakra meditation follows a spiritual tradition; it is not a medical treatment. For a health condition or personal guidance, speak with your clinician or the Ekyam teaching team.
