Dr Divya Jugnarain

Medical doctor & yoga teacher

From modern medicine to holistic healing

Dr Divya Jugnarain, known at the studio as Dr Div, spent nine years in China pursuing her MBBS medical degree. During this journey, she discovered the healing traditions of Chinese medicine, acupuncture, cupping and therapeutic massage.

That experience opened her eyes to holistic healing and the deep connection between the body, mind and emotions. Inspired by these ancient practices, she began exploring Yoga Therapy, breathwork and sound.

Today, through Ekyam Studio, her mission is to bring holistic healing to the world, share the wisdom of yoga, and empower people to become their own healers.

Kiran Chandra

Strength & Conditioning Coach | Yoga Teacher | Zumba Instructor | Kirtan Artist

Strength, discipline & devotion.

Coach Kiran is known for her expertise in strength training, body shaping, and physical transformation. Her own physique reflects years of discipline, dedication, and commitment to her practice and lifestyle.

She holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Physical Education. Alongside her academic qualifications, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh and her 500-hour Teacher Training Programme at Yoga with Srinatha, Mysore, sharing the same yogic lineage as Amit Sir and Dr Div.

Kiran brings valuable professional experience, having served as the lead Strength & Conditioning and Zumba coach at Cult Bangalore for three years. Today, she combines the science of fitness, gym-based training, and traditional yogic practices to create a balanced approach towards physical transformation and holistic well-being.

But there is another side to Kiran that makes her truly special.

Beyond her strength and fitness expertise, she has a beautiful, divine voice. Her Kirtan sessions create an atmosphere of devotion and spiritual connection. With additional certification in Sound Healing, she brings together movement, music, and healing in a unique way.

A note from Dr Div

Coach Kiran is incredibly talented, and Ekyam Studio is truly blessed to have her as our coach. What makes her special is not just her knowledge and skills, but her sincerity, innocence, and genuine motivation to help every client achieve their goals. If you need rapid change in shape & weight, book her one-one session and within 3-6months, see your transformation physically & mentally. Kiran is someone you can trust to guide you through the journey.

I lovingly call her Bholenath because of her innocent nature and pure intentions. Her dedication and genuineness speak louder than words.

Engineer Parul

Face Yoga Specialist | Pilates Instructor | Massage & Beauty Wellness Practitioner

Self-care with confidence.

If there is one word to describe Parul, it is SASSY!

Bold, stylish, confident, and always glowing, Parul brings a refreshing combination of beauty, fitness, and practical wellness to Ekyam Studio.

With a keen understanding of facial care and body conditioning, she focuses on helping women maintain a fresh, lifted, and youthful appearance through natural and mindful techniques.

At Ekyam Studio, Parul leads sessions in Face Yoga, Pilates, and massage techniques, helping women work towards improved muscle tone, posture, facial muscle awareness, and overall body confidence. Her approach includes targeted exercises for core strength, gluteal conditioning, chest-area muscle support, and natural facial wellness.

Her philosophy is simple: feeling good, looking confident, and taking care of yourself should go hand in hand.

A note from Dr Div

Ah, Parul! She is unbelievably smart and full of surprises. Despite being a Mechanical Engineer, she seems to have an extraordinary talent for IT and technology. Honestly, I sometimes wonder if she is secretly an IT hacker! Give her a laptop, and somehow she will make things happen. Technology seems effortless to her.

And then there is her beauty! Every time I see Parul, I notice her radiant skin, beautiful smile, and wonderfully nourished hair. She carries herself with such confidence and style.

She is a perfect combination of brains, beauty, and sass!
